Thank You Very Matcha

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Prolijo Mezcal Espadín
1 Pinch of Matcha Powder
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
3/4 oz Lime
1 oz Egg White


METHOD

1. Dry shake all ingredients
2. Shake with Ice
3. Strain and pour into a Cocktail glass
3. Garnish with Matcha powder
