Mezcal Sour

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Prolijo Mezcal Blanco
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Agave Nectar
.25 oz Orange Liqueur

METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Single strain and pour it into a Coup glass.
3. Garnish with Cayenne Pepper and Strawberry.
